An experiential journey & safe space to explore & harness your capacity for deeper self love
This unique journey of Self Love is for all women who are looking to deepen their connection to the wise & loving voice inside. To weave & ignite the red thread of their own feminine wisdom & inner knowing. It is a bottom up approach, beginning with the body, moving up into the heart and then to our mind & higher selves. It will consist of 6 weekly LIVE calls on a Monday evening at 7.30-9.30pm. There will also be guided journeys & short daily devotionals to choose from in the portal.
It will run from Autumn Equinox to Samhain commencing on Monday 25th September 2023.
The experience will be for an intimate group of women who know there is a loving & kind & wise voice inside that you want to build a deeper relationship with, so this voice can guide you to a more heart-led life.
During the 6 week experience I will share practices & rituals including yin, yoga movement sequences, breath, meditations, guided journey’s, sharings and more. A Rose Heart Cacao Ceremony will be held at the center of the 6 weeks. The teachings I will draw upon will be from many disciplines including Yogic, Cyclical, Rose, Venus & Feminine and Trauma Sensitive.

- Commencing Monday 25th September – 2 hour LIVE call every Monday evening for 6 weeks (7.30 – 9.30pm) to 30th October
- All calls & will be available for playback in online portal
- Plus pre-recorded daily devotionals along with weekly guided journey in the online portal
