Hello there! I’m Celine and at my core I’m a sensitive soul with big emotions and feel things deeply.  I used to work in Corporate for 15 years before taking a leap of faith to follow my soul’s calling.   I’m a spiritual junkie, I love all things yoga, meditation, healing, coaching any modality that helps me tune into the core of who I am.   My passion is empowering women to discover and trust their own inner guidance system.  To help people feel, so they can heal, so they can live a joyful and meaningful life deeply connected to their heart & soul.  

Over the past 10 years, I have trained in so many areas including energy healing, life coaching, kundalini yoga & meditation, yin yoga, radiant body yoga (blending kriya, ashtanga & vinyasa styles together) and sacred space holder for ceremonial cacao.  In 2021, I became a member of the Red Clan training with Red Alchemy which dives into the science & art of our womb and menstrual cycle as women.  I’m also on a deep journey with the infamous Red School’s Menstrual Leadership Programme to uncover the wisdom & magic of our cycle.  I also absolutely love to host & co-host retreats both here in Ireland & abroad, supporting true transformation through retreating in.

My life has literally transformed since I began listening to my heart, soul, intuition, higher self (whatever resonates most with you!).  I used to be so disconnected from myself, living in my head all the time, in a job that didn’t fulfill me, very little awareness of how my cycle impacted my energy or moods and no connection to my spirituality. Once I started looking inside for answers everything changed.  I now blend and share all the wonderful tools & practices that have touched my heart and continue to support me.  My vision is that all women are deeply connected to themselves, that they have the courage and strength to work on themselves, to develop a daily sacred practice that nourishes & guides them and open themselves up fully to the messiness and wonder of life!  

I’m also a mother to 3 young boys who keep myself and my hubby extremely busy…When I’m not with the boys, or on my yoga mat, I love being outdoors, good friends, parties, sunshine, sea  swimming, always up for a bit of fun and a giggle 🙂

Yes I’m a yoga teacher, but I would say I’m not a typical yogini in that my body is not super flexible.  For me yoga is so much more about moving and shifting energy through the body. It is about allowing old emotions to be released, feeling the uncomfortableness, the stillness, the bliss and the joy! 

Yoga for me is about helping my mind become still so I can access my inner voice.  It is then when I love to meditate using breath, mantra, visualization, healing meditations,  connecting with spirit guides (if you’re open to it!) and more. 

Yoga has been so transformative in peeling back the layers and is like the gift that keeps giving.  I love how varied it is and that you can choose to simply sit on your bum one day moving your hands to bring you into a state of stillness or on another day experience a full physical practice whereby your body & energy field feels amazing after or the bliss of yin late at night just before bed sending me off to the land of sweet nod.  It is so important that each and every class is a truly embodied experience. 

I teach and share from my heart so every class is unique.  For me, it is an absolute joy to witness & feel when students experience a deeply moving class.  I feel very fortunate to be able to share this sacred healing gift with the world!
